G. Jerry Attia is a co-founder of Framework E and a relationship-driven infrastructure executive, architect, builder, and business strategist. Across nearly three decades of practice, he has led large, multidisciplinary teams and consequential projects through roles at AECOM, ROSSETTI, Sorg Architects, and HNTB.
Jerry’s work connects design quality with delivery discipline. He is known for gathering the facts, clarifying the real decision, and building alignment across owners, users, consultants, and communities. At Framework E, he leads architect-led delivery, adaptive reuse, community development, and the early planning work that gives clients confidence before major capital is committed.
