Cody Rouge Community Action Alliance

The project involves the renovation of two existing buildings and the complete reconstruction of the associated parking lot to revitalize the property as the new headquarters and community hub for Cody Rouge Community Action Alliance. The buildings are internally connected and undergo substantial exterior enhancements, while the parking improvements bring the site into compliance with current city standards. The completed facility features second-floor administrative offices and first-floor community-focused amenities, including assembly space, a fully developed courtyard, and a commercial kitchen, with the addition of a platform lift to enhance accessibility throughout the building.
