Framework E has been engaged by the Greater Edgemont Community Coalition (GECC) to renovate and expand the Edgemont Neighborhood Community Center in Dayton, Ohio. The project includes facility renovations, addressing roof and façade repairs, along with an addition featuring a prep kitchen, public restrooms, new parking, solar panels, and fencing. This initiative aims to enhance community resources and workforce development, creating a more accessible and functional space for residents. By improving this vital community hub, the project will support local programs, foster social engagement, and strengthen the neighborhood’s commitment to growth and opportunity.
