Framework E is leading the planning and design of two new residential buildings as an expansion of the existing Rose Hill Center mental health treatment campus in Holly, Michigan. The project is intended to support the center’s long-term residential care mission by increasing housing capacity and enhancing therapeutic living environments for residents.

The new buildings will connect directly to the existing facility and are designed to integrate seamlessly with the current campus while improving accessibility, daily functionality, and resident well-being. Through the expansion of its residential facilities, the project supports Rose Hill Center’s continued commitment to providing comprehensive behavioral healthcare and long-term rehabilitation services within a safe, supportive, and community-centered environment.
